Parameters of this construction

1 parameters with default value and limits, adjustable in the editor.

ParameterDefaultRangeNote
Number of creasessheetCreaseCount20–3Number of evenly spaced creases parallel to the height: 0 flat, 1 angle, 2 U-profile, 3 wrap; each panel remains at least 20 mm wide.

Assembly

Use the sheet flat or fold inward along the creases and place it around the product; close a wrap with tape or strapping.

Grain direction

Flutes parallel to the creases (vertical on the blank): creases pre-break cleanly (check with the test print shop).

Frequently asked questions about this template

What dimension does 800 × 300 mm describe?

These are the width and height of the unfolded sheet. They are flat dimensions, not the inside dimensions of a finished box. Crease count and even division determine the final folded shape. Check the folded sheet around your product before deriving its inside space from one third of the width.

Can I set unequal panel widths?

No. sheetCreaseCount selects zero to three evenly spaced creases. Custom positions or unequal panels are not parameters in V1. If the product needs asymmetric folds, this construction may not be suitable. Moving lines afterward would not be a validated parameter state of this template.

What shape do two creases produce?

Two creases divide the sheet into three panels and form a U-profile in the intended folding model. One crease produces an angle, three a wrap; without creases, the sheet remains flat. Actual fit and foldability depend on the material and product and are checked on the sample.

How is a wrap closed?

The assembly description specifies tape or strapping. There is no integrated self-adhesive strip or locking closure. Choose securing to suit the shipping workflow and check it on the target corrugated board. The dieline shows the creases but does not confirm the holding force of securing added later.

Why can a small width rule out too many creases?

Each panel must remain at least 20 mm wide. With even division, the required overall width increases with crease count. The constraint minimumPanel checks this combination. MFG-005 also evaluates the machine's crease spacing. A permitted flat dimension range alone therefore does not guarantee every possible division.
