Assembly
Pre-break the blank along all creases. Glue the glue flap to the inside of the opposite wall and lay the carton flat. Erect for filling, fold in the dust flaps, and insert the tuck flaps.

Frequently asked questions about this template
Which input describes the side gusset?
For the starting inside dimension 240 × 100 × 320 mm, the second value is gusset depth. The first is bag width, the third height. The flat sheet dimension is calculated from these with material allowance, bottom, longitudinal seam, and top turn-in. Do not confuse gusset depth with top turn-in height.
Why does the bag need a top turn-in?
carrierTurnIn describes the strips on the front and back that are folded inward and glued. They reinforce the handle hole area. Hole height, web, and margin must fit inside. Geometric reinforcement does not confirm load capacity; check the assembled bag with target paper and contents.
Are additional handles and a bottom insert included?
No. The template generates the bag blank including optional die-cut handle holes. Bottom insert and handles are separate parts. The assembly description includes inserting bottom reinforcement. Its actual design and material must be coordinated separately to suit bottom assembly and actual loading.
How is the block bottom closed?
First, fold the bottom triangles inward and place the ears onto the bottom flaps along the diagonals. Then fold the rear and front bottom flaps; glue their overlap. The sequence is part of the construction. Test it with the target material because folding behavior and adhesive together form the bottom.
Can I build the bag without die-cut handle holes?
Yes. carrierHandleHoles disables the holes. The other handle parameters then describe no active cut openings. This does not provide an automatically calculated handle replacement. If you add your own handles, their attachment and loading must be checked separately; the template confirms only the existing bag geometry and its rules.
